SOLUTIONS / AMR + AI OPERATIONS
Intelligent movement. Connected operations.
AMR + AI Operations
Connect autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), camera-based AI and IoT signals in one coordinated workflow. Move materials, verify loads and track each mission from request to completion.
FOLA autonomous forklift
Robotics provides the movement. Arber connects perception, equipment readiness and operational coordination around it.
One workflow. Four connected capabilities.
AI sees. IoT connects. Robotics acts. Operations stays informed.
01 / AI
Perceive & verify
Use cameras to identify boards, trays or pallets and turn visual observations into checks and operational alerts.
Vision · Identification · Inspection
02 / IOT
Connect & coordinate
Exchange equipment status and readiness signals between sensors, transfer points, lifts and operational systems.
Sensors · Equipment handshakes
03 / AMR
Move & complete
Coordinate pickup, transport and docking, with mission status and transfer confirmation visible to operators.
Material movement · Traceability
OPERATIONS LAYER
Connect mission status, inventory events and exceptions to your operational software, so teams can understand what happened and what needs attention.
From a request to a confirmed transfer
Request & readiness → AI checks → AMR movement → Transfer & confirmation
An operational request starts the workflow. Equipment signals establish readiness; configured vision checks verify the relevant load or condition. The AMR executes the movement, and the receiving station confirms the handover. Events and exceptions remain visible throughout.
Workflow sequencing, vision checks and equipment interfaces are configured for each deployment. Equipment safety controls and operator responsibilities are defined during integration.
Practical applications across physical operations
01
Lift & transfer coordination
Coordinate material movement around lift and transfer stations using readiness signals and mission confirmation.
Multi-floor logistics · Station handover
02
Vision-led inventory
Identify boards, trays or boxes at handling points and connect observations with inventory events.
Smart farms · Production lines
03
Pallet handling
Use visual pallet counts and stack-height information to support configured AMR stacking workflows.
Pallet movement · Storage organisation
Built around your operation
Start with a defined movement or inspection task in a factory, warehouse or smart farm. Arber maps the physical process, the data required and the points where people need visibility or intervention.
